Special Opportunity for USH Coalition Conference Attendees
 

Happy Ears Hearing Center is excited to partner with Starkey Cares to provide hearing aids to individuals with Usher Syndrome who are attending the 2026 USH Coalition Conference.

Important Details: 

  • Space is limited—please submit your information as soon as possible to be considered for participation. 
  • Selected participants must be able to arrive one day early (Thursday). 
  • Participants are responsible for covering the cost of their hotel stay for Thursday evening. 
  • Hearing device fittings will take place on Friday, July 17th at the Starkey Center for Excellence, beginning around 8am. (The Starkey Center for Excellence is a short Uber ride from the conference hotel)

Please Note: Do not complete the application form unless you are able to arrive early on Thursday. Submitting the form without being able to meet this requirement may prevent another eligible participant from receiving this opportunity.
