In honor of Usher Syndrome Awareness Day, Danay Trest designed and created these #ushbracelets to help spread the word about the most common genetic cause of combined deafness and blindness.
Danay's goal is to raise over $5,000 by Usher Syndrome Awareness Day on September 16, 2017. Proceeds will be donated to the Usher Syndrome Coalition.
Currently, these bracelets are available in adult sizes in regular and Braille print for $5 each.
Instructions to order:
1) Send email to take5another5@gmail.com with the following details:
2) Ship To address
3) Type and quantity (Types are Regular and Braille)
4) A Paypal email will be sent to request moniesA note from Danay: For USA orders $5 will be added for S&H and PayPal fees and for International orders will cost roughly $20. International orders are more time consuming as I work with USPS to mail the most cost effective method.
I'm in the process of ordering some "youth sizes" and we will update as soon as these are available. Thank you for your support and helping to raise awareness for Usher Syndrome!Keep up with the latest happenings of the #ushbracelet here: https://www.facebook.com/events/111141476172009??ti=ia
