The Usher Syndrome Coalition is soliciting speaker abstracts for research-based presentations for the full-day general session of the 12th Annual USH Connections Conference, taking place Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark in Austin, Texas. The conference is hosted by the Usher Syndrome Coalition and is the largest annual gathering of the Usher syndrome community. This event provides an invaluable opportunity to learn about Usher specific research and developing treatments from leaders in a variety of disciplines while connecting with hundreds of affected individuals, their families, and professionals serving the deafblind community.
Potential topics for research-based presentations include: Science, Assistive Technology, Social and Emotional Support, Advocacy, Other.
